The intrinsic design of the JOVI step feeder or slat feeder is perfect for dosing and orienting revolving parts, whether in long formats: Rods, axles, pipes, etc. Short: Ball joints, bushings, pins, bolts, etc. or flat: Nuts, washers, rings, bearings, flat covers, concave covers, etc. Other types of part geometry can also be fed.
Sizes: From the mini device with pneumatic actuation and a width of 150 mm, through motorised 250, 400 and 735 mm standard measurements, to the option of special measurements of more than 2,000 mm.
Slat thickness: Slat thicknesses of 5, 10, 20 as standard, or bespoke according to need and application.
Cadence: 30 cycles/min at 50Hz.
